A rainy Sunday

A Peregrine in the driving rain west of town this afternoon.............a crap picture for a crap day.

I guess the farmers need the rain though..............

Not much around. A few straggling wildfowl here and there: 2 Bewicks Swan, a lone Brent Goose, a few Scaup, Wigeon, Goosander and Red-breasted Merganser. A single Grey-tailed Tattler. A lot of Ospreys (non close).

  1. Any picture is better than no pictures and it's dramatic enough. I searched for nesting peregrines here but didn't find anything so I failed in getting an even crap picture. I saw nesting kestrels but couldn't get within 50 metres.

  2. I don't know where you get crap from Stuwart, I'd be quite happy with that.
    All the best Gordon.
