Still gorging on the sakura

I took a walk this afternoon and the Bullfinches had relocated a little downstream.............

They were still demolishing the cherry blossom buds...........

The lighting/angles/backgrounds were not as good as last time and there were only 2 males about.

Other stuff around this week included Brown Dipper, Goosander, Hawfinch, Kingfisher, Great Spotted Woodpecker and the Black Crowned Night Heron which hadn't changed position or pose since last week...........

  1. This will go down as The Year of the Bullfinch. It's a wonder any of the cherry buds survive to produce flowers!
