A pair of (snowy) Owls


Well............Ural Owls covered with snow.


The middle one is in a different hole.




The one in the bigger hole was out 0f the wind at least, as you can see in this video of the 2 I made.



If I were a Ural Owl I would choose the wind free option for sure.............

My wife went to Onuma to show some friends from out of town the Owls but they had both vacated their holes. There was a lot of snow today yesterday though, I mean a lot.

  4. Looks like pretty severe conditions for the second owl in the video. But the falling snow in the first sequence is very atmospheric !
