Eagles at 700 #3




After the 2 White Tailed Eagles had had a go at the salmon it was the turn of the Stellers...........




First one came and knocked the White Tailed off its meal..............


Of course it was harried by the crows...................and it lost its temper.







A second Stellers then appeared..........................






This particular tatty salmon carcass was the most popular eagle food of the day in Yakumo.............





At least 6 eagles had a go at it..................

      Thanks Wilma, I took about 1300 shots in just 3 or 4 hours, I've spent all week sorting them..............

      They are the star local bird but every country has their own equivalents I guess................
