Still still hanging on
Some more photos from last Monday...........
These will probably be my last shots of this flock of Black-necked grebe for a while: they must surely be heading north soon...........
I enjoyed having them around................
They are very wary when in a flock..................
Shame the light was so rotten..............
Not much else in the port. 4 Scaip and 2 Pochard, a flyover Osprey and this lone Great-crested Grebe...........
I've been a bit busy this week and the weather has been cold and rainy. I took a brief walk on Thursday but no birds of any interest near my apartment....................

Thre's a good mix of ages and plumages there for students. those bright red eyes are fantastic to behold.
