I'm in the middle of a couple of rather unpleasant days..................
Not feeling so enthused with life as I'm fasting today because I have a colonoscopy tomorrow (a routine but annoying follow up) and I also have ongoing toothache and had to visit the dentist..................
We had a quick look at Onuma and the tame tits and nuthatches were back.
And west of town there was a Slavonian Grebe in the port.
Other stuff around included Goshawk and White-fronted Geese. Yesterday there was a big flock of Japanese Waxwing just outside of town too.
So now I'm thinking about what I should eat when my procedure is over tomorrow..............
Good luck with the procedure.....a cheese and tomato sandwich would be somthing to look forward to!

DeleteOh dear I see you're under the weather well this probably will not cheer you up either when I came off the planefrom the Isle of Wight I must've caught something as I am under the weather. These are lovely photographs and I hope all goes well with you
