Stellers Sea Eagle

January 3rd 2008.

Another very lucky encounter with a Stellers Sea Eagle. This was a rushed job, taken from the car window on a dangerous curve on an icy road in Yakumo. The low shutter speed didn't affect the IQ too much thankfully..............

I like how the white parts of its body break its profile in the snowy background. I am never tired of seeing this raptor in your blog!
