Another early morning in Onuma...........

Another early Sunday rise saw us in Onuma again...............

All 5 woodpecker species were around but it was too dark for any pictures of them.

A Varied Tit did come close though................

ISO 3200 was necessary in the gloomy morning light. Ugh.

This individual came to the hand for sunflower seeds. There used to be several individuals of 3 species that did this but over the last few years the next generations didn't learn to do it (probably a good thing).

This Varied Tit was buzzing around my head for about 10 minutes................

This Nuthatch was in the same place................

Not much else around: lots of Dusky Thrush in the forest, several Great Egret at various locations, some Rooks here and there, the Whooper Swans were on the lake, the usual wildfowl and gulls were at Kamiiso...............
