Another grey Sunday
A Black Necked Grebe in Kamiiso this afternoon..............
It was a dreary drizzly Sunday.............there were about a dozen species of common duck at Kamiiso as well as Great Egret, 6 species of gull, 5 Bewicks Swan flying south and 2 species of grebe in the port.
This young scruffy Great Crested Grebe was nearby...............
Not much at Onuma, some briefly glimpsed waxwings up high, Whooper Swan, more ducks, Great Egrets and Great Crested Grebes too.
The 2 Great Egrets were still on the river in Hakodate on Friday as were a few Rustic Bunting and Long Tailed Rosefinch. Here's the latter.................
