The young Ospreys are looking well..................
One was flying around even................
The parents were bringing them food................
And keeping an eye on them generally............
Birding becomes pretty quiet from this time of year for a while. There wee a few ducks in kamiiso though: 2 Red-breasted Merganser, 1 Pochard, several Goosander and this male White-winged Scoter...........
Only the second one I've seen in town.
Looks like there's more going on up your way than there is down here !
