The other afternoon I left the 100-400 lens in the car and my wife drove away for the day......................
So I had to use my compact superzoom SX50 HS...................

Lucky you had some kind of camera. They are pretty good shots. Your wife should be more careful and check that you have everything before she leaves you.

DeleteActually she uses the 100-400 most of the time now, I only use it occasionally when I pop out for a walk if I have a break in my work schedule.

ReplyDeleteFor perched birds it's OK, the EVF (on this model) isn't great though, especially after getting so used to optical viewfinders DSLRs. And the IQ leaves a lot to be desired if you pixel peep.
